| Combine the ground meats, raw eggs and oat bran in a large bowl. |
| Mix thoroughly with the hands, then form into 1" to 1-1/2" meat balls |
| Brown the meat balls and chicken livers, then add rice and water to cover 3/4 ". Bring to boil. |
| Reduce heat to simmer, add other ingredients following normal procedures. |
| The meat balls may be cut in pieces half way through to release flavor into the rice. |
