Combine the ground meats, raw eggs and oat bran in a large bowl. |
Mix thoroughly with the hands, then form into 1" to 1-1/2" meat balls |
Brown the meat balls and chicken livers, then add rice and water to cover 3/4 ". Bring to boil. |
Reduce heat to simmer, add other ingredients following normal procedures. |
The meat balls may be cut in pieces half way through to release flavor into the rice. |
Up to three tbsp of Worcestershire sauce may be added to the meat mixture for flavor |
